This RJ-12 or RJ-11 Telephone Round Panel Mount Extension Cable is perfect for adding a panel-mount connection for telephone-interfacing projects without the need to customize a hole. It has a 30mm diameter, making it easy to drill a hole in wood, plastic or metal using a common hole-saw or bit. Simply unscrew the plastic nut, insert the plug, and re-attach it for a full pass-through connection. No special shapes or filing required.
Please be aware that both RJ-11 and RJ-12 utilize the same connector. However, the difference lies in the number of wires inserted - RJ-11 has only 4 while RJ-12 has all 6. This adapter is compatible with both types. Please note that it is not compatible with RJ-45 Ethernet Jacks or plugs, as those are bigger and have more contacts.
It's designed to easily attach to a panel up to 16mm thick (or 0.625"), or as thin as a few mm. Perfect for adding an Ethernet port to your project enclosure! We like this adapter in particular for its solid body and 'forgiving' plastic lip that hides the drill hole.

Receipt of deliveries
Deliveries to post office boxes are not permitted where delivery is by courier. If delivery is by courier and nobody is available at the delivery address to accept delivery when delivery is attempted then the courier may either:
- leave the relevant parcel at the unattended address (the courier will do so if specified in your delivery requirements); or
- re-attempt delivery at a later time or date, in which case we may charge you an additional re-delivery fee.
Note that if a delivery is left unattended at the shipping address and is subsequently stolen then the theft is your responsibility, not ours.
